Asset Management

ISIS Technology has a proven track record for managing the technology assets of large corporations.  This program was created years ago to help companies save time and money by providing services that have traditionally been handled in house.  ISIS Technology offers its clients a complete package of flexible solutions to accommodate the increasingly complex problems associated with the lifecycle of technology assets.  We are your one stop for Technology Asset Recovery.  Due to our many years of experience, ISIS Technology is able to garner the most money for its customers on the sale of corporate technology assets.  Each solution starts with a Market Valuation of their computer-related assets.  The result of the valuation will result in one of three steps: Asset Sale, Asset Recycling, Data Destruction  and Hard Drive Destruction.

Asset Sale

Through the years, ISIS Technology has found new and innovative ways to sell technology assets in order to maximize the return for the client.  Because ISIS Technology enjoys a great reputation with its clients and business partners, we can find the markets for your used assets.

Asset Recycling

ISIS Technology helps corporations recycle old, obsolete equipment in an environmentally safe manner.  Our certified technicians are trained and experienced in refurbishing used equipment to make it useful again.  They also know how to best dispose of any environmentally hazardous material in the safest, most efficient way possible.

Data Destruction and Hard Drive Destruction

You should never give away your corporate data. To solve this problem ISIS Technology provides data destruction services. If the hard drive is functioning, we use a DoD 5220‑22.M sanitizing process to completely overwrite all data multiple times. Simply formatting a drive or removing the partition is not enough. There are many off-the-shelf software packages that will recover data from these conditions. To completely remove the data from the drive something has to be written to each sector on the drive multiple times. When the hard drive is not functioning, we shred the drive and recycle the metal.

Lease Expiration Options

Many companies have found it cost effective to lease their technology assets instead of purchasing them outright.  ISIS aids these corporations by offering choices upon the expiration of the lease.  ISIS Technology will either prepare the equipment for return to the manufacturer, or re-deploy the assets.

Technology Redeployment

ISIS Technology will coordinate this process, which includes: warehousing, auditing, reconfiguring and refurbishing the asset, handling all logistics, and supporting the asset through it lifecycle.  This allows for easier tracking, and more efficient equipment management at a fraction of the cost.

In-House

ISIS Technology has been performing in-house services to meet the needs of large corporations for many years.  These services range from sanitizing drives to full refurbishment for depot repair.

Every piece of equipment that arrives at ISIS Technology is audited and put in an inventory.  Equipment inventories are uploaded to this very web site and available to the customer via password.

The following are in-house services ISIS Technology currently provides:

Depot Repair – ISIS Technology provides depot repair services for most computer-related equipment.  We are able to turn the equipment around in as little as 24 hours.  In addition, advance exchange is available.  ISIS Technology also carries a myriad of replacement parts to expedite this service.  Please feel free to call us for any and all parts.

Computer Refurbishment – ISIS Technology refurbishes many types of equipment for its clients.  These refurbished units help our customers save money by extending the life cycle of the technology assets.

Warranty Management – ISIS Technology helps its clients return non-working computer equipment that is still under warranty back to the manufacture.  This service of sending the equipment back on behalf of the client saves the customer time and headache.

Drive Sanitization – ISIS Technology will run specific programs designed to remove all data from the hard disk drives so that all past information is secure.  This security form personal information and financial data gives ISIS Technology’s clients peace of mind that their data is safe.

Project Management – ISIS Technology can plan logistics for your company’s technology management.  We can help your special projects run as efficiently and professionally as possible.  This eliminates our customers’ frustrations with logistics planning.

On-site

ISIS Technology began performing on-site corporate computer services years ago to meet the needs of its clients.  ISIS Technology tailors custom solutions in order to meet these needs.  We have extensive experience in a vast number of different services.  These services range from an easy installation/de-installation to a complex POS (Point Of Sale) job.  Below are the corporate on-site services we currently offer:

On-Site POS Maintenance – ISIS Technology offers a varied menu of computer maintenance options to suit the customer’s needs.  These options include a fixed monthly charge for unlimited billable hours.

On-Site POS Repair – ISIS Technology also performs on-site computer repair billable per hour worked.  The ISIS billable rate is competitive with the marketplace while offering the best service imaginable.  The ISIS Technology technicians are certified and experienced in all facets of computer repair, with the exception of monitor repair.

On-Site Installation and De-Installation – ISIS Technology is your best option for experienced, efficient, and cost effective installation/de-installation of computer equipment.  ISIS Technology will professionally de-install the obsolete equipment and install the new equipment quickly to minimize downtime.  The ISIS Technology technician will then thoroughly test the new gear and remove the old.   This leaves the customer with no mess after the installation.
